摘要:

In their response to heat stress, men and women exhibit differences in heart rate and sweat rate, among other things. The reason is apparently not hormonal but due to different utilization of thermoregulatory mechanisms available to each. Menstruation does not appear to make women more vulnerable to heat stress.
