SummaryA leiomyoma and a neurinoma of the stomach are described.Clinical and radiological considerations in the diagnosis of benign tumors of the stomach are developed. It is essential to confirm the diagnosis by histological examination of the tumor. Opinions of different authors about the treatment of benign tumors of the stomach are reviewed.
