摘要:
Alloxan-diabetic collagen from the bone, skin and tendon showed an increased resistance to digestibility by bacterial collagenase, suggesting greater stability of the molecules. These results corroborate our earlier findings that alloxan diabetes accelerates the ageing of collagen in mice, the degree of such an effect being tissue and sex dependent.
