SummaryThree cases of chondro‐angiopathia calcarea seu punctata, diagnosed in infancy, are presented, the two surviving cases being followed for 13 and 141/2years respectively. The radiological features are reviewed.The question of thyroid dysfunction is raised and in those cases showing progressive general debilitation the question of treatment directed at the thyroid is raised (Kremenset al.). Further studies of thyroid function and serum chemistry axe needed in this condition.The associated features offer a chance of clinical diagnosis, but the diagnosis is primarily radiological.
