SummaryThein vitrofungistatic and fungicidal activities of terbinafine, amorolfine and itraconazole against dermatophytes were compared. All three compounds showed very good activity against all dermatophyte species tested, but only terbinafine and amorolfine exhibited primary fungicidal activity.
