摘要:

Chemical investigation of the seeds of Cassia grandis yielded three new anthraquinone glucosides, 1,2,4,8 - tetrahydroxy-6-methoxy-3 methyl anthraquinone - 2 - O -β - D - glucopyranoside, 3 - hydroxy-6, 8-dimethoxy-2- methyl anthraquinone - 3 - O-β -D -glucopyranoside and 1, 3- dihydroxy-6, 7, 8-trimethoxy anthraquinone-3 - O - β - D -glucopyranoside. The structures of these glucosides were elucidated by a combination of chemical and spectroscopic methods and finally by their syntheses.
