摘要:

A 50-year-old man with no past history of acne vulgaris developed at the age of 47 years acneiform lesions focally distributed on the trunk, acquired ichthyosis and lichenoid lesions without history of toxic exposure. This may represent either an unnoticed exposure to a toxic substance or a paraneoplastic syndrome.
