SummaryThis paper dcscribcs three renal allotransplants patients presenting hypertension shortly after transplantation. After exclusion of acute rejection by renal biopsy, an intravenous digital substraction angiography was performed showing a significant stenosis of the renal transplant artery-Percutaneous transluminal angiography was successful in two patients. One of them had an improvement of the renal function. In the third patient PTA was technically impossible; subsequent surgery was also not without problems.
