SummaryTen cases of myelofibross are reported. This myeloproliferative disease is characterized by an insidious evolution of leuko-erythroblastic anaemia, splenomegaly, bone marrow fibrosis and extramedullar haematopoïesis. The Symptoms, the laboratory findings, the diagnostic techniques, the therapeutic possibilities and the evolution arc discussed.
