SummaryIn a patient with clinical picture of acute leukemia, postmortem examination has shown necrotic areas in liver, spleen, lymph nodes and bone marrow. Microscopically no signs of tuberculosis were observed, neither giani cells, nor epithelioid cells were found. However tubercule bacilli were coloured by Ziehl’s fuchsia. Hematological changes were in this case linked to a tuberculous septicemia (Landouzy’s typhobacillosis).
