It also enables the clinician to make his diagnosis more accurate to fix a prognosis, and in some cases to take a therapeutic choice. The presently available drugs unfortunately do not have causative actions yet.The immunopathological studies suggest less diversified pathogenic mechanisms than would be expected from the wide range of histological diagnoses.
