摘要:
A method of analysis of the temperature and thermal stresses due to the laser pulses acting on a body is presented. Mathematical functions modeling the space and temporal behavior of laser pulses are proposed and then used in the analysis. In this first part of the investigation, the heat conduction equation is solved using the Green function and the separation of variables. Numerical results are presented for specific cases of aluminum and steel.
