SummaryWe describe a new technique to follow the metabolic evolution of the clog’s platelet in vivo with respect to the ageing of platelets.Our results show maximal enzyme and protein synthesis on day 7 and 8 of platelet age.We believe that this synthesis is in correlation with the platelet survival.
