摘要:
Comment: There has been considerable controversy for years concerning the “best” solution for resuscitation of hemorrhagic shock victims. Colloid versus crystalloid and iso-osmolar vs. hyperosmolar have had advocates and their day in the sun. Dextrans (of all molecular weights) have never appealed to me as much as crystalloid solutions. The major issues are platelet function inhibition, clearance of the foreign substance, and limitations of dose. For now, I will stay with crystalloid solutions. This article tends to agree with my use.
