摘要:

An intralabyrinthine neurilemmoma was found in a temporal bone of an 84-year-old lady. The tumor occupied Rosenthal’s canal and the osseous spiral lamina of the middle cochlear turn. A part of the tumor protruded into the scala tympani from the edge of the osseous spiral lamina. No growth was found in the internal auditory meatus.Some aspects of this rare entity were discussed along with a bibliographical surve
