AbstractNineteen patients with extensive, therapy‐resistant psoriasis received combined treatment with etretinate plus hydroxyurea. The individual components were given at a reduced dosage and hydroxyurea was administered intermittently. During 12 weeks of treatment, complete remission or marked improvement was observed in 16 patients (84%).
