Both types are routinely used in the department of Radiotherapy of the Liège University.In the simplest record, patient identification and tumour description are registered; some information about social insurances and general practitioner are also registered.In the more elaborate record, the different treatments and the follow-up are described.Our experience extends to more than 5 000 patients.
