In a previous JONA article, Organizational Culture, How Important Is It (October 1986) the importance of organizational culture was described. An abbreviated culture checklist was included in that article to help readers analyze their own or others' organizational cultures. This more extensive checklist is provided now for readers to enhance such an analysis.
