Summary:The “outside-to-inside” meniscus repair is a percutaneous method of suturing a meniscus under arthroscopic control. This method delivers suture through the lumen of an 18-gauge spinal needle directed from an anatomic safe zone outside the knee into an intraarticular location visualized with an arthroscope.
