AbstractThe authors were amongst the British representation at the Lausanne Photogrammetric Congress, and this report was prepared on behalf of the Land Surveyors Committee of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. It has been prepared as an informal and unofficial report expressing solely the opinions of the authors. No attempt has been made to give a complete account of the technical meetings, the majority of which could not be attended since four or five were in progress simultaneously. Those desirous of a more technical account, and who could not attend the meeting of the Photogrammetric Society on October 15th, 1968, are advised that an account of this meeting:“Report on the XIth International Congress for Photogrammetry”by G.
