摘要:

The latissimus dorsi is considered the most powerful internal rotator of the shoulder but is rarely mentioned in texts on throwing injuries. A 20-year-old male athlete, who suffered a partial tear of the latissimus dorsi while throwing, is described. His injury was documented by magnetic resonance imaging and treated by rehabilitation with complete return to athletics
