SummaryThe Nelson test seems useful in the following conditions :—closing of the record of treated syphilitic patients;—confirmation or infirmation of the luetic etiology of some disease with a negative serology;—finding of positive classical serology in non syphilitic patients;—finding of negative serology in an insufficiently treated patient;—showing evidence of simulation or syphiliphobie.
