摘要:

AbstractThe technique described permits serial sections to be cut from the pupae ofPhaormia terranovawithout having to remove the epidermis before fixation. The pupae were prefixed for 1 hr at high temperature (85°C) in Bouin fluid. Their cuticulae were then removed before the pupae were postfixed at room temperature in Bouin fluid. The correct topography of the tissues was retained. (The J Histotechnol14:49, 1991)
