AbstractA 38‐year‐old Japanese man was seen for severe palmoplantar keratoderma, extending to the dorsal aspects with red rims. He had had spontaneous amputations of the toes and surgical amputation of the right lower leg because of squamous cell carcinoma of the right sole.
