摘要:
The Dietary Guidelines for Chinese Residents are founded on principles of nutritional science and the present national situation of China. The Guidelines provide guidance to the Chinese people for designing balanced diets so that people will have rational nutrition and good health.The Guidelines were prepared by a Commission composed of experts from The Chinese Nutrition Society and The Institute of Nutrition and Food Hygiene affiliated with The Chinese Academy of Preventive Medicine. This publication is a revision of the Chinese Dietary Guidelines released in 1989. The Standing Board of the Chinese Nutrition Society approved the revision and officially released the revised Guidelines in April 1997.
