Zusammenfassung.Übersicht über die vorkommenden Formen von kongenitalem, nicht syphilitischem Pemphigus.Klinische Charakteristik von Pemphigus neonatorum contagiosus congenitus auf Grund der bisher in der Literatur beschriebenen Fälle.Bericht über 8 eigene Fälle einer familiären, kongenitalen Krankheit mit Blasenbildung auf Haut und Schleimhäuten, kongenitalen Epidermisdefekten sowie Nageldystrophie und eventuell auch Skelettatrophien, bei welcher die Blasenbildung keine nachweisbare mechanische Genese hatte und der Ausgang letal war.Erörterung der Zusammengehörigkeit der Krankheit mit Epidermolysis bullosa hereditaria und anderen nahestehenden Krankheitsformen, die zu dem Ergebnis führt, dass die 8 Fälle, zusammen mit 16 gleichartigen, unter verschiedenen Benennungen in der Literatur besehriebenen Krankheitsfällen, gemeinsam eine selbständige Krankheitsgruppe bilden, die als eine dritte Form von Epidermolysis bullosa hereditaria aufzufassen ist und für die Verfasser den jNTamen Epidermolysis bullosa hereditaria letal

Summary1. Three cases of tetany in newly born infants are reported. In each infant the calcium content of the blood was below 8 mg per cent., in two children rapid improvement followed the administration of calcium.2. Factors which may be responsible for the production of the syndrome are discussed.
