摘要:
By means of measuring the temperature of the air blown by an electric “space heater” one can show students that the air is heated at a rate approximately equal to the rated wattage of the heater.

摘要:
The hydrostatic paradox is one of those fascinating topics that can elicit a truly interactive discussion with a class. In this paper, we show that by considering containers with simple geometries we can explore the paradox with explicit calculations, even at the algebra level.
