摘要:
The problems of nonlinear output regulation and feedback stabilization on compacta are studied. High gain control laws are given to solve output regulation on compacta for a class of nonlinear systems for which exact tracking with internal stability may be impossible. With some modification, this result is applied to feedback stabilization on compacta for nonlinear systems whose zero dynamics may be globally unstable.

摘要:
Debowski and Kurylowicz (1986) made use of the method of Saekset al. (1983) in an attempt to extend the necessary and sufficient conditions for two-plant simultaneous stabilization to the case of three plants. This paper demonstrates via counter-examples that certain aspects of these results are incorrect. An analysis is given which reveals flaws in the arguments used to develop these results. Finally, correct necessary and sufficient conditions are developed for the simultaneous stabilization of two and three plants.

摘要:
The aim of this paper is to deal with the problem of excessive control magnitude with deadbeat control systems. By the use of the transfer-function factorization approach, all stabilizing deadbeat controls are characterized in terms of control input. A formula is derived for the optimal control that minimizes the control input error for the specified settling time. The design procedure is essentially trade-offs between settling time and control input properties. As the bound of such trade-offs, the limiting value of the optimal performance index, as the settling time goes to infinity, is derived. This limit value plays an important role in fixing the most appropriate settling time.

摘要:
MostH∞designs have concentrated on loss functions defining sensitivity and robustness. In this paper it is shown how the desired input-output response can be added to the loss function. This is first done with a one-degree-of-freedom controller and then extended to a two-degree-of-freedom controller. Suggestions are made for the choice of weighting functions for these new components of the loss function, by directly relating the weighting functions to the expected influences on the system.
