摘要:
The paper presents a simple approach for designing decentralized state and output feedback controllers for a class of interconnected systems. The method makes use of a simple stability condition for the systems concerned which is derived by making use of simple Liapunov functions. The results are illustrated numerically.

摘要:
Let S be a system resulting from the interconnection of several subsystems, identified through their corresponding input and output channels. The problem studied is to find the conditions for local output feedbacks to exist such that the resulting closed-loop system is controllable and observable from a single channel. For the case of two interconnected systems the above problem is solved by the methods of system theory in the operator (frequency) domain, based on polynomial matrices. An extension of these results and the use of graph theoretic methods also give a solution to the general case. The problems when local dynamic feedbacks and local state feedbacks are considered are also sketched, and it is shown how they fit into the present context.

摘要:
This paper considers the stabilization of the linear periodic discrete-time system through the use of linear periodic state-variable feedback. Let the transition matrix of the closed-loop system be Y(t, s). Then the stability of the closed-loop system depends on eigenvalues of Y(τ,0), where τ is period. It is shown that complete reachability of an open-loop system is equivalent to the possibility of assigning an arbitrary set of the eigenvalues to Y(τ, 0) by choosing a suitable state feedback.

摘要:
This paper is concerned with the problem of designing full-order adaptive observers for state estimation andl simultaneous identification of parameters of single-input single-output linear systems with single inaccessible disturbance input. An exponential typo polynomial disturbance model is introduced as an approximation of inaccessible input and necessary and sufficient conditions for the existence of an observer are derived. Then a full-order adaptive observer is based on the Lyapunov design. This design method is a modification of that of Kudva and Narendra (1973). A numerical example is also presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

摘要:
A non-minimal canonical form is motivated by the Lüders-Narendra canonical form. The remarkable feature of the non-minimal canonical form is that the non-minimal state of the plant is completely accessible in the steady state. An adaptive control system is constructed by using a linear state variable feedback with adjustable gains and by setting an appropriate adjusting law for each of these gains. The problem in which the relative degree of the plant transfer function is greater than one is dealt with without any further complexity. Simulation results are presented.
