摘要:
A canonical form which describes every locally observable state-affine non-linear system is constructed and used to design an observer for this class of systems. It is shown that the result is none other than a Kalman observer. Some similarities with bilinear systems are shown.

摘要:
This article proposes a new state approximation technique for a class of nonlinear observable systems. The class considered consists of systems of nonlinear first-order differential equations having also a nonlinear measure equation. The approximation of the state function is transformed into an equivalent minimization problem. Thus, optimization algorithms can be applied to approximate the unknown state function. Finally, the performance of the proposed approximation algorithms is illustrated by a well known example.

In this paper, we consider the multiobjective optimization problem in which each objective function is disturbed by noise. It is shown that a stochastic approximation method is able to find the appropriate solution of this problem. Several computer simulation results also confirm our theoretical study.

摘要:
An optimization approach for the design of robust discrete-time control systems is presented. Using pole clustering, the design specifications for the system time response are recast in the form of inequality constraints governing the free design parameters. Quantitative robustness and disturbance rejection measures are discussed using Lyapunov matrix equations. A performance index combining the robustness and disturbance rejection measures is minimized subject to the parameter inequality constraints to obtain the desired design. A numerical example is given to illustrate the usefulness of the design approach.
