SUMMARYThe literature of angiographic diagnosis of carotid body tumours is reviewed. The clinical and pathological features of these tumours are summarised, their vascular nature being stressed. A tumour with a 7 year history occurring in a 42 year old man treated surgically with favourable results is reported. The technique for demonstrating these tumours by angiography and their characteristic appearances are described. The various ways in which angiography can help in the diagnosis and treatment of these and other tumours of the neck are discussed.

SUMMARYThe arteriographic findings in two cases of sarcoma developing in Paget's disease of bone are given and illustrated.In the second case, the radiological recognition of the tumour was rendered extremely difficult by the presence of a fracture with much resulting osteoporosis and a subsequent bone grafting operation. The tumour was well displayed by arteriography. A third case in which a secondary deposit simulated an osteogenic sarcoma in Paget's disease has been included.The literature on arteriography in bone tumours has been reviewed.

SUMMARYBecause of the rarity of gall bladder duplication, it has seemed desirable to report a symptomatic case in which there was complete duplication of both gall bladder and cystic duct, and in which intravenous cholecystography was used in outlining the pathological gall bladder.

SUMMARYA report has been given of a case of triple gall bladder in which two of the gall bladders outlined by oral cholecystography, but the third which was lined with duodenal mucosa failed to outline and at laparotomy was found to contain gall stones.

SUMMARYA case of primary carcinoma of the gall bladder has been presented, and illustrates the possibility of the organ showing almost normal function at cholecystography even in the presence of extensive infiltration with primary carcinoma.
