摘要:
There are essentially two types of job‐evaluation systems—the nonquantitative and the quantitative. The first is a traditional classification method utilizing subjective analysis. This article describes the quantitative system—a scientific and objective method of determining the value of a job, which, in turn, can be assigned a dollar value.
