AbstractEs wird der Einfluß von Mischungen substituierter Phenole mit Schwefelverbindungen auf die thermooxidative Stabilität von Polypropylen verfolgt. Aus der Gruppe der substituierten Phenole wurde 4,4′‐Butyliden‐bis(3‐methyl‐6‐tert.‐butylphenol), 2,2′‐Methyliden‐bis(4‐methyl‐6‐tert.‐butylphenol) und 4,4‐Thio‐bis(3‐methyl‐6‐tert.‐butylphenol) angewandt. 摘要:
AbstractThe thermal stability of poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC) and thermoplastic polyurethane (PU) blends has been studied in this work. It has been found that the PVC/PU blends possess lower thermal stability than unmodified PVC. No effect of the structure of polyurethanes or their content on the stability of PVC/PU system has been found.

AbstractThe homopolycondensation of salicyloyl chloride was carried out in presence of nitrobenzene as a solvent to prepare poly(o‐phenylene carboxylates). The resulting polyesters when treated with Friedel‐Crafts catalyst do not undergo Fries migration. This is contrary to reported investigations. 摘要:
AbstractGraft copolymerization of methyl methacrylate onto silk was investigated in aqueous solution using potassium peroxydiphosphate as initiator. The rate of grafting was determined by varying monomer, peroxydiphosphate ion, temperature, and solvent. The graft yield increased with increasing peroxydiphosphate ion upto 8 × 10−3mol/1 and with further increase of peroxydiphosphate ion the graft yield decreased. The graft yield increased with increasing monomer concentration upto 9 wt.‐% and with further increase of monomer the graft yield decreased.
