摘要:
AbstractBlock copoly(ether ester)s based on poly(butylene terephthalate) containing different amounts of poly(oxytetramethylene) were oriented by solid state extrusion. The degree of die swell decreases with increasing crystallinity of the extrudates. The morphological properties of the extrudates depend on the extrusion conditions. The long period is only determined by the undercooling. The dependence of the mechanical and dynamical‐mechanical properties of the extrudates on the extrusion condition was investigated. The chemical composition influences the mechanical behaviour strongly. It was concluded that this is due to the different concentration of the taut tie molecule

AbstractChanges of physical properties caused by UV‐irradiation in films of PVC and their blend with modifying copolymers of vinyl chloride‐vinyl acetate or methyl methacrylate‐butadiene‐styrene have been investigated. On the basis of changes in solubility of films caused by UV‐irradiation, weight of gel, intrinsic viscosity of sol, Huggins constant, Charlesby coefficient, and dose for gelling it has been found that 1% of these copolymers in poly(vinyl chloride) changes its resistance to UV‐irradiation. The presence of methyl methacrylate‐butadiene‐styrene copolymers accelerates and raises the efficiency of the process of crosslinking of PVC, vinyl chloride‐vinylacetate copolymers slightly accelerate the degradation of this polymer, governing

AbstractWater and electrolyte sorption (sulfuric acid) in perfluorosulfonic and polyethylene‐poly(styrene sulfonic acid) membranes of different crosslinking were investigated in a temperature range of 293–333 K and a concentration of external electrolyte up to 5.7 mol/kg H2O. Both variables caused deswelling of the membranes. Employing Glueckauf's theory the results were discussed in view of the physical structure of the membranes. AbstractOn a étudié les relaxations observées dans les copolymères statistiques du chlorure de vinylidène avec l'acrylonitrile et le chlorure de vinyle. Ces relaxations correspondant aux transitions vitreuses et sous‐vitreuses ont été interprétées a partir de la distribution des séquences, en termes de tétrades pour les premières et de diades pour les relaxations observées dans la zone de transition sous‐vitreuse.Dans la zone correspondant à la chute du module que nous assimilons à la zone de transition vitreuse on observe deux transitions dont les températures seraient respectivement 65 et 85 °C pour un copolymère de l'acrylonitrile et du chlorure de vinylidène contenant 25 mol‐% de chlorure de vinylidène. Pour les copolymères du chlorure de vinyle et du chlorure de vinylidène la relaxation correspondant à la transition sous vitreuse ß est observée nettement pour une teneur molaire en chlor

AbstractA novel polyamideimide was synthesized by reacting sulfanilamide and N‐(4‐carboxy phenyl) trimellitimide or its diacid chloride derivative. The solution, thermal, electrical and a few other properties of the polymer were studied. The polymer was found to be soluble in the highly polar solvents. The polymer solution was relatively stable. Thermogravimetric data revealed that the polymer underwent 12% weight loss at 375 °C in air. The dielectric constant of the polymer at 30 °C was found to be 5.45 at 1 kHz. AbstractMoulded sheets made of high‐impact polystyrene (HI‐PS), containing three different commercial additives of which one at a time was3H‐labelled were kept in contact with14C‐labelled tricaprylin at 40 °C. The penetration of the tricaprylin into the HIPS sheets and the simultaneous migration of the additives into the tricaprylin were analyzed by means of radio‐tracer techniques, applied to thin cut sections of the plastic sheets.It turned out that irrespective of the special additive under investigation, the migration process is nearly totally determined by the swelling of the HI‐PS. The reason for this is to be found in the extraordinary strong interaction between HI‐PS and tricaprylin which is by no means representative of a contact system “plastic/edible fat” in general. AbstractAus Polyethylen (HD‐PE) hoher Dichte und Polypropylen (PP) wurden unter Zusatz von 3‐(3,5‐Di‐tert.‐butyl‐4‐hydroxyphenyl)‐[3‐14C]propionsäurestearylester‐ genannt Antioxidans‐14C — jeweils 5 Flachfolien hergestellt, die unterschiedliche Mengen — nämlich ca. 0,02, 0,07, 0,1, 0,3 und 0,5 Gew.‐% des14C‐markierten Additivs enthielten. Prüflinge aus diesen HD‐PE bzw. PP‐Flachfolien wurden unter festgelegten Bedingungen mit dest. Wasser und mit dem synthetisierten Triglyceridgemisch HB 307 in Kontakt gehalten, um den Übertritt des Antioxidans‐14C in die Kontaktmedien in Abhängigkeit— von der Anfangskonzentration c0des Antioxidans‐14C in den Polyolefin‐Prüflingen bei konst. Prüfzeit t und Prüftemperatur T— von der Prüfzeit t bei konst. Prüftemperatur T und Anfangskonzentration c0und— von der Prüftemperatur T bei konst. Prüfzeit t und Anfangskonzentration c0radioanalytisch zu ermitteln.Die Untersuchungsergebnisse zeigen, daß der Zusammenhang zwischen der aus einem Polyolefin‐Prüfling in dest. Wasser bzw.
