AbstractThe proposed procedure and the corresponding circuits for the recognition of a frequency from a set of possible input frequencies in the frame of a time‐window interval seem to be advantageous as they lead to simpler hardware than the well‐known energy detector. A unique feature is the single channel processing possibility. In addition the decision on the presence or absence of a given frequency is much faster than with a filter bank of resonators in a nearly lossless resonators. the frequency response is however not monotonic in frequency but has a somewhat periodic shape. the cases of the real lossy or unstable circuits are also dealt with. 摘要:
AbstractSeveral actively compensated voltage amplifiers (ACVAs) employing two operational amplifiers have been reported separately in the recent literature. In this article, the results of a systematic and comprehensive study of both non‐inverting and inverting such ACVAs are presented. Using a combination of practical and theoretical considerations, ACVAs are first divided into classess. Each class is further divided into types. Realizability conditions are then derived for each of the different types. These conditions lead directly to a set of useful realizations. the performance of each realization is considered in detail with respect to several practical considerations of interest, such as magnitude and phase errors, effect of the second pole of the operational amplifiers (OAs), tunability, maximum signal handling capability, etc. the results of practical experiments are also given. AbstractThe development of a block‐digital oscillator when the oscillating frequencyfois very low with respect to the sampling frequencyfsis outlined. 摘要:
AbstractThis paper introduces a general class of digital filters with maximally flat passband magnitude, equiripple stopband magnitude, and different order numerator and denominator. the classical Chebyschev type II (inverse Chebyschev) filters having equal numerator and denominator orders are considered as special members of this filter class. the filter types to be considered are lowpass, highpass and bandpass. the proposed filter class consists both of filters having all the zeros on the unit circle and of filters having some zeros off the unit circle to contribute to the passband shaping.An efficient iterative algorithm for the design of filters of the given type is presented. It is based on shaping the passband and stopband responses alternately until the difference between successive solutions is within given tolerance limits.Several comparisons show that in wideband applications filters with numerator order higher than denominator order present considerable advantages over equivalent Chebyschev type II designs, in terms of multiplication rate and/or frequency selectivity. In narrowband applications, in turn, filters with higher denominator order are shown to be the most effective.
