摘要:
AbstractThis paper presents a quantitative analysis of the Wien bridge oscillator based on a piecewise‐linear approximation of the op‐amp characteristic. Usually the circuit parameters are chosen in such a way that the linearized circuit has a pair of complex conjugate natural frequencies which lie slightly to the right of the jw‐axis. the frequency of oscillation is assumed to coincide with the value jω0at which the poles cross the jω‐axis. However, this simplified approach is unable to predict the true frequency of oscillation and the amount of distortion. the aim of the present analysis is to determine the exact waveform, frequency and spectral content corresponding to the steady state behaviour. the phase plane is partitioned into three regions, in each of which the vector field is linear. the limit cycle corresponding to the steady state oscillation is reconstructed by using the Poincaré map method. Expressions for the frequency of oscillation and the Fourier coefficients are given which depend on a critical parameter representing the voltage gain of the

AbstractIn this paper the dynamic models of the double and triple charge pumps are extended to circuits in which the diodes are realized with an MOS transistor having a drain‐gate contact. In this circuit realization we must take into account the influence of the source‐substrate voltage on the threshold voltageVt.The effects of the source‐substrate voltage on the dynamic behaviour are analysed and discussed in detail. Moreover, simple equations allowing one to perform a pencil‐and‐paper area‐efficient optimized design are developed from the two new models.The models obtained are also validated by SPICE simulation of the circuit assuming a typical CMOS 3

AbstractUp to now the theory of infinite and transfinite graphs and electrical networks has been established only for the case where the branch sets are countable. This work extends that prior theory to graphs and networks with uncountable branch sets, a structure that arises quite naturally in the theory of transfinite graphs. Moreover, conditions on the local structure of the transfinite graph are given which insure the countability of the branch set. Finally, it is shown that only countably many of the branches in an uncountable electrical network can have non‐zero voltages and currents, and therefore the restriction to countability in the prior theory is not essentially restrictiv

摘要:
AbstractIn this paper a two‐layer cellular neural network (CNN) is used to separate blind signals. the topological structures of the CNN and the inner parameters are presented. the first CNN layer functions as an adaptive filter which converges asymptotically to an equilibrium point in the mean. A stochastic stability model is used to find conditions under which cells in the first layer converge. Conditions leading to correct equilibrium solutions are also presented using this model. the second CNN layer functions as a signal separator. Simulations show that the CNN blind signal separator has strong robustness and works even better than the theory predict
