摘要:
Recent measurements of the mutual radiation resistance between small transducers vibrating at an air‐water surface can be approximately explained theoretically with a model consisting of dipole spheres. The results provide a useful example of mutual radiation resistance for nonrigid baffle conditions.

摘要:
Measurements of the number of the wavelengths of the stream disturbance lying between orifice and edge are shown to be consistent with the over‐all result of the assumptions used in the general feedback theory, of operation of edgetones, even though some preceding and related measurements of phase shift had suggested that one assumption was possible inadequate.
