摘要:
A system of seric transferrin groups has been found in the newt,Pleurodeles waltliiMichahelles. The genetic transmission of this protein type is studied in this article. Polymorphism is based on the existence of 2 transferrins, TfA and TfB. Phenotypes B and AB were observed in a laboratory population, and the third phenotype, A, was obtained after crossing heterozygotes. Transferrin types were reproduced in clones of newts obtained by nuclear grafts.

摘要:
SummaryCattle erythrocyte sensitivity towards the haemolytic factor of bovine seminal vesicles is genetically determined. On grounds of Mendelian analysis, two alleles,HfRandHfS, may be considered responsible for genetic determination. No significant linkage has been proved between locusHfcontrolling the mentioned sensitivity and locusHbdetermining the individual differences in haemoglobins. Different sensitivity of cattle erythrocytes towards the haemolytic factor is manifested already at the embryonic stage of development and lasts throughout the whole life.

SummaryThe presence of pig blood group antigens Ea, Ed, Ef, El and Gb has been demonstrated on pig lymphocytes by the cytotoxic test. The typing of standard blood group reagents in an erythrocyte panel and cytotoxic antisera in a lymphocyte panel (from the same individuals as the erythrocytes) showed that the reactions of some sera with cytotoxic activity corresponded to the distribution of the given erythrocyte antigens.
