摘要:
AbstractDie Verformung von kompaktierbaren Haufwerken aus Naturstoffen wird bislang mit der bekannten Pressengleichung beschrieben. Weitgehend unbekannt sind die stoffspezifischen Größen: “Horizontaldruckverhältnis” und “Reibungskoeffizient”. In einer speziellen Versuchsapparatur wird am Beispiel von unterschiedlich konditionierter Radialdruckprofilen bestimmt. Hieraus lassen sich Horizontaldruckverhältnisse und Reibungsbeiwerte ableiten. Die Ergebnisse sind als Beitrag zur Auslegung von Gassperrstrecken beim kontinuierlichen Ein‐und Austrag von Saatmaterial in und aus Druckbehälter(n) anzusehen. AbstractSunflower contains, in addition to oil, considerable amount of protein, therefore, a very important aspect in processing sunflowerseeds is to obtain high quality, well utilizable meal. The quality of meal is mainly dependent on hull content and consistency and these two factors can be favourably changed by dehulling techniques and special treatment. On the basis of average data in Hungary, without dehulling, hull content of the meal was 46–48%, as a result of a dehulling technique developed by the industry, however hull content dropped to 20–22%, thus, min. 40% protein content has been attained, In the course of the efficient technology, dehulling is carried out in dehulling drums operating on the principle of the beating and/or centrifugation adjusted to seed quality, and separation of the hull and kernel is gradually performed by size‐gradign and aspiration. With a view to minimum loss of oil, the huge amounts of selected hulls are passed through a hull‐cleaning device, then burned in special hull‐burning boilers, thus utilizing its energy for the generation of steam. In our experience, the feeding of monogastrics, especially of young animals requires even higher standards of meal quality than described above, where hull consistency in the meal can be favourably changed by chemical and/or mechanical treatment. AbstractNonane‐2,4‐dione and 3‐mehthylnonane‐2,4‐dione were identified in reverted soya‐bean oil. The odour threshold of the latter compound, which smelled “lard‐like, strawy, fruity”, was very low (0.01 ng/1 air) in comparison to that of the nonane‐2,4‐dione (3.9ng/1 air). Based on its odour properties and the result of an aroma extract dilution analysis, which have been recently reported (Fat Sci. Technol.90, 332 [1988]), it was concluded that 3‐methylnonane‐2,4‐dione contributed very strongly to the reversion odour of soya‐bean oil. 3‐Methylnonane‐2,4‐dione, 3,7‐dimethyloctane‐2,4‐dione, decane‐2,5‐, ‐3,5‐and‐ ‐4,5‐dione, 3‐oxo‐ and 5‐oxodecanal were prepared as reference for the identification experiments. AbstractDie Murmeltieröle, denen antiphlogistische Wirkung zugeschrieben werden zeichnen sich durch einen hohen Anteil an ungesättigten Fettsäuren mit einem charakteristischen Verhältnis von Linolen‐ zu Linolsäure von 2 : 1 aus. Die Triglyceride des Öls ausMarmota bobacwurden mit reversed‐phase HPLC unter isokratischen Bedingungen analysiert. Die Identifizierung der einzelnen Peaks erfolgte mittels Standardsubstanzen, die durch Lipase‐katalysierte Umesterung von uniformen Triglyceriden hergestellt wurden. Die vier Hauptpeaks wurden als Linolenoyldioleoyl‐und Dilinoleoyloeleoyglycerine (11.2%), Linolenoyloleoylpalmitoyl‐ und Dilinoleoylpalmitoylglycerine (8.3%), Trioleoylglycerin (11.2%) und Dioleoylpalmitoylglycerine (11.1%) identifiziert. AbstractTen solvent systems representing a wide range in polarity were highly variable in their abilities to extract the total lipids from field pea and lentil flours and starches. Propanol/water (3 : 1v/v) extracted the most lipid from lentil flour and both legume starches. Chloroform/methanol (2:1 v/v) and benzene/ethanol (4:1 v/v) gave consistently high recoveries of total lipids from both flours but appeared to be less effective with starches. Fractionation of the purified flour lipids demonstrated that propanol/water extracted phospholipids and glycolipids quite efficiently but chloroform/methanol and benzene/ethanol gave high recoveries of both nonpolar and polar lipids. These neutral, phospho‐ and glycolipids from the two legume flurs were highly polyunsaturated, containing 35–50% linoleic and 5–21% linolenic acid, and would be susceptible to oxidative rancidity.
