C60molecules were embedded in the pores of a zeolite FSM-16 by using a liquid phase method. The shift of photoluminescence spectra of C60solid embedded in FSM-16 was discussed using data of ESR, PDS and SAXS.

摘要:
Boron nitride nanocapsules with gold, iron oxide and germanium nanoparticles were produced. High-resolution electron microscopy and electron energy-loss spectroscopy showed the gold, iron oxide and germanium nanoparticles were encapsulated in the boron nitide sheets. Weak peaks of photoluminescence spectrum were observed from the nanocapsules with germanium nanoparticles. The present work indicates that the boron nitide nanocapsules with conducting, magnetic and semiconductor nanoparticles can be produced by are melting method, and models for the formation mechanism and nano-structures of the boron nitide nanocapsule were proposed.

摘要:
Graphite-nano particles were prepared by the heat-treatment of diamond-nano particles. Various heat-treatment temperatures in the range 900–1600°C were used. X-ray diffraction studies indicate that the onset temperature of diamond-graphite transition is around 1000°C and the complete conversion of diamond to graphite occurs at 1600°C. X-ray diffraction studies on the potassium intercalated compounds of these graphite-nano particles, while indicating the absence of staging phenomenon, show that small neutral potassium clusters are included in these intercalated compounds. The presence of neutral potassium clusters could also explain the observed magnetic susceptibilities and the large deviations in the ESR g-values of these intercalated nano-graphitic systems.

摘要:
Formation of carbon nanocapsules with various clusters (SiC, Au, Fe. Co. Ge. and GeO2) by polymer pyrolysis was investigated, and nanocapsules with SiC and Au nanoparticles were produced by thermal decomposition of polyvinyl alcohol at −500°C in Ar gas atmosphere. The formation mechanism of nanocapsules and a structural model for the nanocapsule/SiC interface were proposed. In addition, carbon clusters were formed at the surface of carbon nanocapsules, and carbon onions were produced by electron irradiation of amorphous carbon produced from polyvinyl alcohol. The present work indicates that the pyrolysis of polymer materials with clusters is a useful fabrication method for the mass-production of carbon nanocapsules and onions at low temperatures compared to the ordinaly are discharge method.
