摘要:
The nucleation and crystals growth of silicalite 1 precursors synthesized by solid state transformation was studied using X-ray diffraction, thermal analysis, infrared spectroscopy,29Si and13C NMR and electron microscopy. Silicalite 1 was obtained after 16 hours at 130°C in closed glass ampoule. The comparison with hydrothermal synthesis showed that the characterization of the precursors presents some similarities, however, nucleation and crystals growth were much shorter for solid state transformation.29Si NMR showed that nucleation started during the first stage (cation exchange) for solid state transformation, but only during the second stage for hydrothermal synthesis. It was also observed that the major changes occur during the beginning of crystals growth for solid state transformation but during nucleation for hydrothermal synthesis. The results were explained by the fact that the starting materials were completely different : single layered silicate for solid state transformation and colloidal silica for hydrothermal synthesis.

摘要:
Structure and epitaxy of double-layered heterostructure of organic materials formed on four kinds of alkali halides were investigated. These films were fabricated by vacuum deposition. Crystallographic orientation and mutual registration of organic double layers were examined by transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and atomic force microscopy(AFM). As concluded from these observations, we found three kinds of growth modes as for the second layers depending on the combination of materials. Selective on-top growth, one of the growth modes, is important phenomenon for fabrication of organicsuperlattice. Such selectivity originates not only in lattice matching between the two layers, but also in surface topography of the layers.

摘要:
Supercritical fluid crystallization (SCFC) method is proposed for preparing microcrystals of π-conjugated organic compounds as a development of conventional reprecipitation method. In SCFC method, both size and form of titanylphthalocyanine microcrystals could be controlled by changing experimental conditions such as temperature and type of solvent. We have been able to fabricate γ-form of titanylphthalocyanine microcrystals with 50 nm in size, which is expected to be promising material for organic photoconductors.

We have investigated the photophysical properties of C60(guest)-FAU zeolite (host) composite, focusing mainly on the properties of a single crystallite using microscopic techniques (UV-Vis-IR absorption and photoluminescence). The composite C60-FAU is of great interest because it exhibits new optical properties different from that of either C60powder or FAU zeolite.

摘要:
Silver nanoparticles passivated with alkylate were formed via thermal decomposition of silver alkylates. The nanoparticles prepared from silvern-tetradecanoate were spread on the water surface, where they may move easily and thus expected to be arranged regular two-dimensional array. The properties and preparation conditions of the nanoparticle film were investigated by surface pressure - area isotherm and Brewster microscopic observation. The transmission electron micrographs of transferred film of the nanoparticles suggested that the nanoparticles distribute in the film regularly. Control of surface pressure enable us to form the C14-AgNP film with less defects on water surface.

摘要:
Silver coating was examined on metal, glass and heatproof resins by using silver metallo-organic nanoparticles. An excellent silver-coated film was obtained by the low-temperature sintering at 300 °C or below. Utilization of the nanoparticle pastes for patterning in microelectronics is proposed.

摘要:
Nano-ordered structures,i.e.one-dimensional molecular rows and two-dimensional honeycombs consisting of mercaptomethylthiophene derivatives were observed on Au (111) by scanning tunneling microscopy at room temperature. It was suggested that mercaptomethylthienyl group plays a key role for the formation of the specific structures. When the samples were immersed in ethanol solution of transition metal chlorides, the nanostructures remained intact although the deposition of nanoclusters was observed in some cases. The effect of applying electric field on the nanostructures in the ethanol solution was also investigated.

摘要:
Isomerization of merocyanine chromophores in a self-assembled monolayer (SAM) on a gold substrate was examined by means of visible-UV reflection spectroscopy. Anomalous peaks and/or dips observed in the spectra were ascribed to the loss of the metallic character of gold at the wavelength region shorter than 500nm. Spectral simulations based on the Lorentz oscillator model revealed that the merocyanine SAM undergoes isomerization even in a densely packed monolayer.
