摘要:
The paper deals with the investigation of the electrical conductivity, the electron and the light emission in the system involving gold islands and organic stearon molecules (C17H35)2CO. The conduction current-voltage curve acquires a non-monotone character: there appears a section of the voltage controlled negative resistance (VCNR). The current-voltage characteristics of the conduction current strongly change in passing from the constant operation mode to the alternating one. The growth of the conductivity in the alternating mode may occur owing to the contribution of additional channels and to reduction of the Coulomb blockade. The highest light intensity is observed in the VCNR region. The light intensity changes in this region correlate with the changes in the conduction current. The light emission in the VCNR region from organic molecules may be excited by hot electrons.

摘要:
We have investigated the electron properties of porous Si-fulleren system using the time resolved photoluminescence (PL). The investigation of PL spectra shows that as a result of absorption of C60molecules on the surface of Si wires the donor-acceptor centers are formed. It plays the role of sensibylisators of filleren PL. The effects observed are connected with photoinduced carrier transfer from porous Si to C60molecules, those are the radiative recombination centers.

摘要:
Optical properties of a-C:H and a-C:H:N films subjected to UV and proton irradiations have been investigated by photoluminescence (PL) and spectral ellipsometry (SE) methods. It was shown that the optical properties and PL mechanism of a-C:H:N films depend strongly on nitrogen concentration in the films. a-C:H:N films with high nitrogen content are more tolerant to UV-treatment. In all cases, proton implantation leads to some quenching of luminescence due to introduction of non-radiative recombination centers.

For the first time we report the study of self-induced nonlinear lens in a liquid crystal cell with azo dye and the phase dislocations on a wave front of the beam passing through the lens. Depending on the experimental conditions, circular edge dislocation or optical vortices pairs may be created on the wave front.

摘要:
To investigate ultrafast exciton motion, exciton relaxation and related nonlinear optical spectra of photosynthetic antenna systems the dissipative multi-exciton theory is utilized. This type of approach accounts for optically induced transitions to the band of delocaliced single-exciton and two-exciton states as well as takes notice of the coupling to the vibrations of the protein matrix. Different applications are mentioned with emphasis on the Fenna Matthews Olson (FRO) photosynthetic antenna complex of Chlorobium Tepidum.

摘要:
The optical properties in the middle infrared of pyrosolyn-based films on glass and, silicon substrates were investigated by spectroellipsometric method realised in the Beattie-Corm scheme using Fourier transformation spectrometer. These thin dye films are found to be rather anisotropic due to perceptible singularity in ellipsometric parameter spectra at the wave number of 1250 cm−1and its red-shifted distinct fine structure. The behaviour of this singularity being registered by the film-substrate and substrate-film side probing is shown to depend on such technological parameters as a distance between a vaporiser and a substrate, the temperature of a glass substrate and the pressure of vapour of volatile components of dyes. The estimation of the thickness d of the dye films formed on a glass substrate by solution of inverse ellipsometric task is efficient at d∼100 nm. The recording surface structure acquired by using the second harmonic radiation of Nd-laser at its power of the order of 10 mWt during recording in a pit form was investigated by means of scanning tunnel microscopy.

The structure of aerosil in a glassy state of liquid crystalline polymer was investigated using the method of atomic force microscopy. Rod-like agglomerates of aerosil were found. Average agglomerate size, anisotropy rate and inter-agglomerate distance were estimated.

摘要:
The peculiarities of potential barrier formation at the interface of organic photosensitive films (OPF) with metals and inorganic semiconductors (IS) are analyzed. The basic attention is given to the effect of an adsorption of oxygen, polymorphic modifications and processes of polarization arising due to the caption of nonequilibrium charge carriers in contact area of a space charge. In view of this the basic reasons for low efficiency of a solar energy conversion and possibility of their practical use are analyzed.
