摘要:
A sample calibration circuit is described for a Deep Level Transient Spectroscopy (DLTS) spectrometer which is simple to use and does not interrupt the normal operation of the spectrometer. The circuit calibrates the entire spectrometer, and does not require an independent determination of sample capacitance.

摘要:
Accurate measurement of electrical power above ∼1 MHz is accomplished by reconstruction of the voltage and current waveforms at a lower frequency using a sampling oscilloscope. The low‐frequency waveforms are then multiplied in a 4‐quadrant tranconductance‐type multiplier module.

摘要:
A design for a compact micromanipulator is presented. The range and sensitivity of movements it provides are comparable with large, benchmounted instruments, yet several of these micromanipulators can be mounted in a small chamber holding an electrophysiological preparation. With the use of such a chamber the environment of its contents can be closely controlled yet access is maintained at all times.
