摘要:
Synthesis of both enantiomers ofcis-3-methyl-4-decanolide 2 was achieved starting from enantiomers of (1S,5R)-2-oxabicyclo[3.3.0]-oct-6-en-3-one 4 in 8 steps. Both enantiomers were separated by GC analysis using a capillary column with a chiral stationary phase. Direct comparison of the synthetic enantioners with natural product is upon the recollection of scent mixture.

摘要:
Two new secoiridoid glucosides, trans- 10-(cinnamoyloxy) oleoside dimethylester (methyl jasminoside) and cis-10-(cinnamoyloxy) oleoside monomethyl ester, and two new iridoids, 1α-and 1β-, 7-dehydrologanetin, together with the known iridoid jasminoside were isolated from leaves ofJasminum odoratissimum.the structures of these compounds have been characterised on the basis of spectroscopic evidence.

摘要:
Two new compounds, spatosterol (1) and thyminol (2) were isolated fromSpatoglossum variabileand colonialZoanthid, respectively. Three known compounds, 2-deoxyinosine (3), 2-deoxythymidine (4) and hexadecylhexadecanoate (5) were also isolated for the first time from the methanolic extract of the colonialZoanthid.

摘要:
Coronamic acid and norcoronamic acid have been prepared in racemic form in 11% and 20% overall yields, respectively, from (E)- methanohomoserine, while the (1S,2R)-isomer of the latter allows the preparation of enantiomerically pure (1S,2R)- allocoronamic acid in 37% overall yield. Care is required to avoid intramolecular cyclisation reactions during side chain manipulation.

摘要:
A new phenalenone-type phytoanticipin 4′-dehydroxy-irenolone, has been isolated from healthy rhizomes of theMusaselected hybrid resistant cultivar SH-3481. the structure of the new substance was elucidated using spectroscopic data. the chemical shift for all the hydrogen and carbon atoms in the molecule were unambiguously established by mono and bidimensional, homo and heteronuclear NMR experiments.

摘要:
Two novel taxane diterpenoids were isolated from the seeds of the Chinese yew,Taxus mairei, and their structures were established as 2α,20-dihydroxy-9α, 10β-diacetoxy-taxa-4,11-diene-13-one (1) and 2-deacetyl taxinine (2) on the basis of spectroscopic analysis. 1 was considered as one of the important intermediates in the biogenesis of taxoids.
