摘要:
The new flavonol glycosides kaempferol-3-O-[α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→3)-a-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-6)-β-D-glucopyranoside] and kaempferol-3-O-[α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→3)-(4′″-O-acetyl)-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside] have been isolated from China green tea. Kaempferol-3-O-[α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(l→3)-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-galactopyranoside] was identified for the first time in tea.

摘要:
A new Annonaceous acetogenin, robustocin, was isolated from the seeds ofAnnona muricata(Annonaceae). Its structure was deduced by NMR and mass spectrometric methods. Absolute configurations were determined by the Mosher's ester methodology. This compound is the first bis-THF acetogenin with only one hydroxyl group.

摘要:
Wedelia paludosais frequently employed in popular medicine to treat several diseases. This work describes a comparative study of different parts (stems, leaves, flowers and roots) of this plant. The results showed that kaurenoic acid, the main active compound present in this plant, is located in all parts, but it is more concentrated in roots and stems. Such results could be useful in the development of a suitable method of standardization of the extracts of this plant and their phytopreparations.

摘要:
Continuing work on the bioactivity-directed fractionation of the ethanolic extracts of the leaves ofAnnona glabrahas resulted in the discovery of two new bioactive adjacent bis-THF Annonaceous acetogenins, 6-OH desacetyluvaricin (1) and 6-OH 4-deoxysquamotacin (2). The structures of1and2were elucidated based on spectroscopic and chemical methods, and the absolute stereochemistries were solved by preparing their respective per-Mosher ester derivatives.1and2showed potent and selectivein vitrocytotoxicities among six human solid tumor cell lines.

摘要:
Three new and two known taxane diterpenoids were isolated from the seeds of the Japanese yew,Taxus cuspidataSieb. et Zucc, and the structures were established as 1-deoxy-2-O-acetyltaxine B (1), 1-deoxy-2,9-O-diacetyl-10-deacetyltaxine B (2), 2-O-deacetyl taxine II (3), 1-deoxy-2,9-O-diacetyltaxine B (4), and 2′-hydroxytaxine II (5) respectively on the basis of spectroscopic analysis and comparison of their spectral data with taxine B, of which1-3are new.

摘要:
Three new rearranged 2(3→20)abeo-taxane diterpenoids with the unique 6/10/6 skeletons were isolated from the bark of the Chinese yew,Taxus mairei. Their structures were established as 2α, 10β, 13α-triacetoxy-2(3→20)-abeo-taxa-4(20),5,11-triene-7,9-diones, 2α,13α-diacetoxy-10β-hydroxy-2(3→20)-abeo-taxa-4(20),5,11-triene-7,9-diones, and 2α,5α,13α-triacetoxy-7β,10β-dihydroxy-2(3→20)abeo-taxa-4(20),11-diene-9-one on the basis of 1D and 2D NMR data.

Submerged fermentations of the fungusAcremoniumsp. strain HA33-95 yielded thiacremonone, a new sulphur-containing derivative that induces the differentiation of mammalian cells at 31 μM. The isolation, structure determination and biological activities of thiacremonone are described.

摘要:
Bioassay-guided fractionation of an extract ofBridelia ferrugineaprovided a new glycoside, 5′-demethoxy-β-peltatin-5-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (1), and three known compounds, β-peltatin (2), β-peltatin-5-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (3), and desoxypodophyllotoxin (4). The structure of1was elucidated by detailed NMR analyses and by comparison of its spectral data with related compounds. Compounds 1 and 3 exhibited cytotoxic and cytostatic activity in the NCI's 60 cell antitumor screen.
