摘要:
From the leaves ofPhytolacca acinosaa new glycoside, named esculentoside S has been identified as 3-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl-28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-phytolaccagenin. Besides this the known 2 glycosides esculentoside A and esculentoside B were found.

Sesquipinsapols A and B, two sesquilignans isolated from the wood ofAbies pinsapohave been characterized as 4′,4″,9″-trihydroxy-3,3′,3″-trimethoxy-4,8″-epoxy-8,8′-sesquineolignan-9,9′-olide and 4,4″,9,9′,9″-pentahydroxy-3,3′,3″-trimethoxy-7,4′-epoxy-8,5′:8′,8″-sesquineolignan, respectively, on the basis of their spectral data, mainly two-dimensional NMR analysis.

摘要:
Fully acetylated carbohydrate derivatives were used as C-sources instead of glucose for cultivation of Acetobacter xylinum. The resulting bacterial celluloses were analysed by IR-spectroscopy for possible incorporation of these substrates into the (1→4)-β-glucan chains. It is established, that acetyl substituents found in the polymer product are due to acetylated derivatives which are associated or intercalated with the produced bacterial cellulose.

摘要:
Coniothyriol, a new fungal metabolite has been isolated from the ethyl acetate extractable fraction ofConiothyrium sporulosumbroth. Its structure was identified as rel-(2R,5R,8R,11S)-4,7-dioxa-3,10-dioxo-11-hydroxy-2-methyl-6-methylene-tricyclo[6.3.3.0.01,5]undecane on the basis of spectroscopic data relative to both the natural product and the monoacetyl derivative.

The occurrence of jasmonates was screened in culture filtrates of 46 fungal strains belonging to 23 different genera. In culture filtrates of 7 selected species jasmonic acid and 7-iso-jasmonic acid and 6 minor jasmonates could be detected and quantified partially.

摘要:
A new epoxy acetogenin, tripoxyrollin(1), has been isolated from the seeds of the Colombian Annonaceae,Rollinia membranacea. Its structure was elucidated on the basis of spectral data. Biomimetic synthesis of isodesacetyluvaricin(2)from tripoxyrollin(1)suggests its key role in the biogenesis of the adjacent bis-tetrahydrofuran acetogenins.
