摘要:
A new antimicrobial substance qingjingmycin A, has been isolated from the broth of a hybrid strain FM3–32 derived fromS. qingfengmyceticusandS. hydroscopicus var. jinggangensis. The structure was established by1H COSY, TOCSY, HETCOR, selective INEPT and ROESY nmr studies, and its absolute structure was determined on the basis of spectral data together with amino acid analysis and HPLC analysis of the hydrolysis mixture of qingjingmycin A.

摘要:
-Investigation of major metabolites secreted by the fungusCeratocystis fimbriata coffea(Halsted1) in itsin vitrocultures afforded five isocoumarins, 6,8-dihydroxy-3-(2-hydroxypropyl) isocoumarin (1), 6-methoxy-8-hydroxy-3-hydroxymethylisocoumarin (2), 6,8-dihydroxy-3-hydroxymethylisocoumarin (3), 6-methoxy-8-hydroxy-3-methylisocoumarin (4) and 6,8-dihydroxy-3-methylisocoumarin (5). Most of these compounds showed toxic activity against coffee tree leaves.

A new anthraquinone had been isolated from the pods ofCassia grandisLinn. and was identified as 1, 3, 4 -trihydroxy - 6, 7, 8 - trimethoxy - 2-methyl anthraquinone. The structure of this pigment was elucidated by chemical and spectroscopic methods and finally confirmed by its synthesis.

Extraction of the branches ofGarcinia dulcisafforded a xanthone with a novel oxygenation pattern [1,4,6-trihydroxy-5-methoxy-7-(3-methylbut-2-enyl)xanthone] in addition to the triterpenoid friedelin and the known flavonoids 3′-(3-methylbut-2-enyl)naringenin, I3,II8-biapigenin and podocarpusflavoneA. The structures were determined by a combination of 2D homo- and heteronuclear NMR correlation spectroscopy and NOE difference spectroscopy.
