摘要:
Catalytic pyrolysis for the production of liquids and gases from acidic precipated of black liquor was carried out by using CaO and CuCO3,Cu(OH)2catalysts. This process has been studied in the temperature range from 463 to 570 K. Pyrolysis of black liquor in the temperature range 463–570 K gave yields which increased from 25·9 to 29·0 % as the catalyst percentages was increased from 5 to 20 % for CaO. Under the same conditions, the yields of pyrolysis increased from25·5 to 28·3 for CuCO3.Cu(OH)2.

摘要:
The global kinetic models of methanol synthesis from carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide and hydrogen are investigated in the three-phase well mixed reactor with mechanical agitator under such conditions: pressure 5 MPa, temperature 210∼250°C, methanol synthesis catalyst C301, medicinal grade liquid paraffin as inert medium, rotation speed of agitator 950 rpm. By the improved Gauss-Newton method, the global kinetic models are developed.

摘要:
The hydrogen sulfide poisoning of the methanol synthesis C207Cu-based catalyst was investigated at atmospheric pressure, temperature 250 ∼265°C,hydrogen sulfide content 100–280 ppm, based on the methanol composition reaction. The higher the hydrogen sulfide content, the faster the rate of deactivation; the higher the temperature, the faster the rate of deactivation. The intrinsic deactivation rate equations were derived from the experimental data. In addition, the poisoned catalyst was measured by X-ray diffraction.

摘要:
In the absence of H2S and with the addition of inlet H2S content 719 ppm for 4 hours, 8 hours and 12 hours respectively, the global reaction rates of methanol decomposition were determined over φ 5×5 mm cylindrical pellet of C207Cu-based catalyst at atmospheric pressure in an internal recycle gradientless reactor. The pore size distribution, the profile of sulfur in pellet, and the tortuosity factor of the poisoned catalyst were also measured. The hydrogen sulfide poisoning of commercial catalyst was considered as the shell-progressive poisoning. The experimental values of the non-poisoned dimensionless radius xcby Auger Electron Spectroscopy were 0·938, 0·916 and 0·896 respectively with the addition of H2S for 4 hours, 8 hours and 12 hours, which were in agreement with the values calculated by the intrinsic deactivation kinetics.

摘要:
The single component model and the multicomponent model of the effectiveness factor ζd, of the poisoned catalyst have been proposed and solved by the orthogonal collocation method. The center equilibrium dead zone was founded in catalyst pellets. The calculated values ζd, were respectively 0·1229–0·2907,0·1298–0·2445 and 0·0690–0·2155 for No. 1, No. 2 and No. 3 catalyst. The average of the absolute values of the relative deviations between the experimental values and the calculated values by model for ζdwas less than 11 per cent. The models can be used to calculate the effectiveness factor of the poisoned catalyst.

摘要:
Research on various aspects of the methanol synthesis was performed in a liquid entrained reactor. The catalyst-oil slurry is pumped through the tubular entrained reactor and syngas is fed cocurrently with the upward flow of slurry. The effect of different operating conditions, syngas composition and catalyst loadings on the productivity of methanol, was studied.

摘要:
Four Saudi crudes were distilled to produce four narrow boiling range naphtha fractions by true boiling point (TBP’) distillation method. These fractions were analyzed for paraffins, olefins, naphthenes and aromatics using a multicolumn valve switching gas chromatographic technique in which hydrocarbons were separated and analyzed according to their types and carbon numbers. It was observed that with increasing average boiling points of the fractions, the paraffins decrease while aromatics have an increasing trend.
