摘要:
The possibility of the radiative deexcitation from channeled heavy ions excited by the Okorokov Effect (Resonant coherent excitation) is discussed and the experiments on the photon emission due to the deexcitation from hydrogen-like Ne9+and Fe8+ions are reported.

摘要:
Convoy Electrons emitted from C5+ions in Au[100] channel are measured in coincidence with exist C6+ions. An enhancement of the convoy electron yield is observed at the energy of resonant coherent excitation (20.4 MeV, 2nd harmonic forn= 1 ton= 2). This indicates that electron loss from excited states plays an important role in convoy electron production by fast channeled ions.

摘要:
This paper briefly reviews fundamental and applied aspects of our recent study of binary encounter electrons induced by MeV/amu ions. The binary encounter electron spectroscopy (BEES) under channeling incidence conditions enables precise measurements of the ion-beam shadowing effect, providing unique information on ion-solid interactions.

摘要:
Charge exchange at grazing reflection of a fast ion from a metal surface is studied in the semiclassical approximation. It is shown that in a certain range of ion speeds the resonance-tunneling electron capture occurs and as a result of polarization of the electrons of the metal charge exchange to excited states of hydrogen takes place and inversed population in the beam of atoms occurs.

摘要:
The results are presented which have been obtained by studying the angular dependence of photon and ion emission and the spatial energy distribution of excited silicon ions produced under ion bombardment of monocrystalline and amorphized silicon surface. The experimental data are discussed which have been obtained mostly by the coincidence method. The theoretical concepts making it possible to account for the observed behavioural features are also discussed.

摘要:
The neutral fractions were measured for 50–250 keV hydrogen emerging from a NiSi2(111) surface at several grazing exit angles (the angle between the outgoing hydrogen and the surface). It was found first that the neutral fractions depend strongly on the exit angle, and the values become close to that for pure Si as the energy and the exit angle of the emitting hydrogen decrease. We compared the experimental results with the ones calculated by assuming that NiSi2consists of dense atomic layers of Si and Ni. The best fit is obtained with the structural model in which the topmost layer is composed of Si atoms and the second one is Ni atoms.

摘要:
Ions penetrating solid material deposit energy, which is transferred to a large degree to kinetic energy of electrons. The mechanisms of 1. ion penetration into a certain charge or excitation state, 2. binary or collective electron production, 3. electron transport and 4. electron surface transmission determine the energy and angular distribution of the electrons measured outside the solid. Electron emission at electron energies < 40 eV from high temperature superconductor material has been measured as a function of the emitted electron energy and angle. First results and interpretations are presented.
