AbstractBei der Tiefendiffusion des Phosphors im Silizium bei 1523 K (1250°C) unter O2−rein aus einer vorgebildeten Diffusionszone werden durch Neutronenaktivierungsanalysen zwei Besonderheiten beobachtet:1In der Nähe der SiO2– Si‐Phasengrenze findet im Si‐Kristall eine Bergauf‐Diffusion des Phosphors statt.2Die gesamte in der Diffusionzone des Si‐Kristalls integrierte Phosphormenge ist unabhängig von der Dauer der Tiefendiffusion. Eine Ausdiffusion des Phosphors vom Si‐Kristall in die SiO2−Schicht hinein findet nicht statt.Als Ursache für die Bergauf‐Diffusion werden inhomogen verteilte Punktdefekte (z. B. Vakanzen) betrachtet, die eine nichtficksche Dotandenflußkomponente hervorrufen. AbstractThere exist physical processes (e. g. in energetic heavy ion collisions), where the time scale of the process is not sufficiently long to reach complete thermal equilibrium. Here we show a way to extend the thermodynamical formalism for unequilibrium situations. The results are compatible with continuum mechanics.

AbstractThe shielding problems that arise due to the irregular penetrations such as neutral beam injection ducts should be treated carefully to aid in the shield design. The present work was undertaken to describe the effects arising due to radiation streaming through the neutral beam injector ducts (NBID) on the angular distribution of the total gamma ray doses at the outer surface of illmenite concrete shield (ϱ = 4.6g/cm3). The shield is pierced with NBID of different diameters and lengths.The measurements were performed using a collimated beam of both gamma rays and neutrons emitted from one of the horizontal channels of the ET‐RR‐1 reactor. The measurements were carried out using7LiF teflon thermoliminescent dosimeters. Generally the obtained data reveal that the presence of the total dose increase at the centerline of NBID and which in turn tends to decrease with the increase of scattered angle. An empirical formula describing the differential dose rate ratio is predicted. The experimental data obtained reveal good agreement with the calculated

AbstractIrregular intensity patterns have been generated numerically in a model consisting of coupled resonators including an extra bandwidth‐limiting element. The emission properties in the lasing state considered are characterized by complex‐plane representations of the field amplitude especially by a stroboscopic map. Characteristic features of the output pulses are analyzed by calculated power spectrum, autocorrelation function, and attractor dimension. Low‐frequency components, anticorrelated behavior, and a low‐dimensional strange attractor have been found revealing the chaotic nature of the dynamic behavior of the system
